Our Reservoir office once again joined with our local community for our sixth year running to collect for our Little Ray of Giving campaign.
The inspiring Christmas campaign, partnered with Salvation Army Preston, saw our office collect gifts for disadvantaged people who may need a little extra light in their festive season.
This is an initiative that Ray White has run across Australia and New Zealand each December since 2012. Last year more than 340 offices across Australia and New Zealand helped raise 30,000 gifts for disadvantaged families this Christmas.
Despite a very tough year across many industries, our office is very proud to announce we collected an amazing 329 gifts this year to go toward children who may otherwise go without this Christmas.
“This year was very different and presented some real challenges,” said Ray White Reservoir Director, Arthur Mitsinikos.
“However, with the help from our local community, we are so happy that we can help bring a smile to so many children this Christmas and it has been so amazing to see so many of our local businesses and schools help us achieve this,” he said.
“This is what Christmas is really about, especially after such a rollercoaster year.”
Although our campaign looked a little different this year, with money donations taken as we purchased on behalf of many of our businesses and clients and our homes became gift wrapping stations with our office closed, we were overwhelmed by the support and generosity that came from our local community once again.
We would love to thank all our amazing local supporters that contributed to the campaign this year, including Kingsbury Primary School, GOFF Electrical, F45 Reservoir, William Ruthven Primary School, Urban Wordsmiths, and MJH Property Maintenance, as well as our amazing clients that reached out to make a donation.
