Open homes: Visit open homes in your area to get an idea of where your house stands. Visit properties that are similar to yours in size and condition to see how your property compares. Take note of how properties are presented to get some inspiration.
Get sale ready: A fresh coat of paint or tidy of the garden can go a long way.
