RAY WHITE RESERVOIR’S NEW RECRUITS

Ray White Reservoir would like to welcome our four newest recruits, John Shi, Jim Koss, Henry Pham and Chris Vlahos.

John and Jim join our Project Sales Team with a passion for real estate and off the plan sales.

John moved to Melbourne 10 years ago, after finishing his economic bachelor degree in Xi’An University. He furthered his education, completing a Master’s Degree in business administration (MBA) and Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) at Melbourne University. John worked in the Australia government for four years in personal finance planning and taxation accounting files. After years of experience in real estate and the surrounding industry, John has accumulated valuable knowledge which makes him a vital part of the team. His ability to communicate with the Asian market has helped grow his database and provide opportunities to the overseas market.

Jim joins Ray White Reservoir with a wealth of diverse experience, working in both the small business sector, and larger corporations in the IT arena. With a strong Project Management background, Jim has been involved in buying, selling and renovating property since the mid 1990’s. As a keen investor himself, he has an eye for detail and an understanding of the property market which helps him relate to his database and create a personal experience for each of his clients. Having lived in the northern suburbs for most of his life, Jim loves the diversity and variety of properties and people in the area and looks forward to working with his growing database and find them their perfect dream home or investment.
Henry and Chris will be working alongside our senior agents in the Sales team as they learn the ropes of Real Estate.

Henry was drawn to Ray White Reservoir after completing his Agent’s Representative Course earlier this year. With a background in international trade, Henry worked at NAB Bank before making the move to Real Estate. Henry’s father, a property investor from overseas, exposed him to the real estate industry from an early age, buying his first piece of land in Vietnam at the age of 16. We look forward to seeing Henry grow as he works along our elite agent, Keb Nguyen.

Chris will be hoping to make his mark in the Preston market as he begins his new journey in the real estate industry. Chris joins us with a background in Graphic Arts and Design, but was ready to take on a new challenge as he joins the Ray White team. Chris will be working alongside one of our senior agents, Jason Voglis as he puts his knowledge of the real estate industry into practice.
