Last Wednesday Evening, Ray White Reservoir hosted their first Property Expo, selling multiple properties on the night and creating a buzz, as prospective buyers searched for their new dream home or investment.
We had 25 different developments and over 50 new and off the plan townhouses, units and apartments on display, including exclusive pre-release developments that were on offer before hitting the market. Our lucky buyers who took the plunge and purchased on the night were rewarded with exclusive builder incentives, and over 40 prospective buyers came through our office, with plenty leaving with a handful of brochures and a shortlist of great properties to choose from.
The night was a huge success and we look forward to hosting our next Property Expo later in the year.
