Careers Night a Success

By Heather Mellican

Last Wednesday, our Reservoir office conducted our first ever Careers Night. The evening was aimed at fresh starters of the real estate industry, wishing to broaden their knowledge of each department our office has to offer, and learning the building blocks toward creating a successful career in real estate.

The night was a raging success with over 40 enthusiastic people willing to learn all about the Ray White brand.

The people that attended were greeted by the entire Ray White Reservoir team and had the opportunity to discuss their career one on one with our staff.

They were also treated to a panel style discussion hosted by the Business Development Executive from our Corporate office, Brent Illicic. Our panel allowed our attendees to hear from a representative from each of our departments and was made up of our Senior Project Sales Consultant, Mathew Marotta, Sales Consultant, Jason Voglis, Rental Business Manager, Breanna Senn and Property Manager, Luana Johnston.

Each staff member discussed their career so far, the challenges they have faced and why they enjoy working in the industry and we then opened up the floor for questions along with our Directors, John Catanzariti and Arthur Mitsinikos.

We would like to thank everyone who came to our Careers Night and wish you all the best of luck as you take your first steps into your career in real estate. We hope you got some great insight into the real estate industry and got to chat to some of our staff about what Ray White has to offer.
