Ray White Awards Night 2018

By Heather Mellican

MORE than 1200 guests descended on the Palladium at the Crown for the annual Ray White Victoria and Tasmania state awards last Thursday night to celebrate the top offices and individual achievers throughout the network.

Ray White Victoria & Tasmanian CEO Domenic Belfiore welcomed everyone and reminded them all that the leading group helped more families achieve their great Australian dream than any other brand.

“The environment within which we are operating is moving faster than ever before and will continue to move faster in the future. We can not keep doing what we have always done. We cannot waste any time or energy on the things we cannot control the outcome of,” Mr Belfiore said.

“I have no doubt that united together we are capable of so much more. Being big is so much more advantageous than being small, boutique or cute. Scale gives us the opportunity to give you all more. Better training, services, technologies and systems.”

Ray White listed more property in Victoria than any other brand and settled just over 11,000 properties transactions.

Our Reservoir office once again saw some great success, with our office finishing in 11th place for settled commission.

Our Senior Sales agent, Keb Nguyen also had his most successful year to date, along with his associate, Alexandra Kucil, once again achieving Elite Status putting him in the top 3 per cent of salespeople in the Ray White Network and coming in 10th place for Top Salespeople for the 2017/18 financial year. A fantastic achievement and we could not be prouder.

The Individual Award for Marketing Excellence also went to our very own Marketing Co-ordinator, Heather Mellican for her outstanding work this past year.

We were also nominated for a number of awards, with our office nominated for Office Market Excellence, our Senior Sales Consultant, Jason Voglis nominated for the Individual Service Excellence Award, Heather Mellican also nominated for the Administrator of the Year Award, Shelley Quinn & Stephanie El-Assaad both up for Property Management Rookie of the Year Award, Hayley Baker & Sahil Chopra in the running for Property Manager of the Year Award, Julien Cordima nominated for BDM of the Year and Alexandra Kucil & Alastair Surtees up for PA of the Year Award.
